siopTEC is a Manchester based coffee roastery focused on seasonal coffees and highlighting producers and coffees from all origins with clarity, character and sweetness.

We roast on a Loring S7, which allows us to roast clean, bright and transparent profiles. This is the kind of coffee we enjoy drinking day to day.

All coffees are roasted in Manchester and shipped across the UK, EU and internationally.
