Context
This is a special coffee that won ‘Best of Parana 2025’. We cupped this alongside several other Brazilian nanolots and Sirlene’s Arara stood out for its soft juicy profile and elegant florality.

Sirlene Soares is a coffee producer at Sítio Nossa Senhora das Graças in Pinhalão. She was born into a family of coffee producers who built the farm from the ground up. Alongside her husband and children they transformed a former Banco de Terra lot into a well-structured property dedicated to specialty coffee.

The turning point for them came in 2011, when they started to invest in training, improved practices and quality. From then on, coffee wasn’t just livelihood, it was also a source of passion, pride and a catalyst for change. The family’s joint effort, from careful harvesting to drying led by her son, has steadily raised the quality and consistency of the coffee coming from the farm.
